How to access the Document Center
You can access the Document Center in the Employer Hub. To access the hub:
- Go to the Employer Listing.
- In the Employer Listing, locate the Employer and select the ‘Edit’ button to access the Employer Hub.
- In the Employer Hub, select the ‘Manage Documents’ option to access the Document Center.
You can also access the Document Center from the Enrollment Hub. In the Employer Hub, select the 'Enrollment' option. This will take you to the Enrollment Hub.

How to add documents
To add a document from your own computer, click the '+ Add Document' button.
Browse your system upload any relevant documents needed for the Client. We have some preset categories or you can choose Other to include something that's not on the list. You can add things like Wage and Tax Statements, Prior Carrier Invoices or anything that you may need to attach when sending a Prescreen or Sold Group for enrollment.
Checking the ‘Visible to Employees’ box will put the file in the Benefits Document section when the Employee logs into the Employee Interview as well as the Review Documents page.
Checking the ‘Visible to HR’ box will put the file in the HR Manager's Document Center.
However, if the document you're loading is for the Carrier's eyes only, leave both the ‘Visible to Employees’ and ‘Visible to HR’ boxes blank.
Then, add the document to the Document Center.
How to request documents
If you're missing a document and need it to be provided by the HR Manager, you can initiate a request by selecting the ‘Request Document’ button.
Select the file type, add a quick note regarding the item you need the HR Manager to upload and save. This adds the request to the HR Manager's Document Center.
How to view log, download, and delete
As a Broker, you have the ability to manage the files in the Document Center.
For documents that you or the HR Manager have uploaded:
- View Log: Contains a history of who has viewed a selected file and when.
- Download: Saves the document to your computer.
- Delete Document: Permanently deletes the document from the Document Center.
If you no longer need the requested document from the HR Manager, you can delete it.
NOTE: Anything added to the Document Center will show in the Attach Files box on the Send Forms page for easy attachment.
