Resetting your password
- Go to the Login page and select the ‘password’ link.
- Add your username when prompted and select ‘Next’ to continue.
- Enter the primary email address that is on your account.
- NOTE: To reset your password, you MUST add your username! If you don’t remember your username, you can retrieve it by following the steps in this article.
A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
NOTE: The instructions will come from a No-Reply email address. Please check your Spam or Junk mail folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox within 10 minutes.
