Retrieving your username

On the Login page, select the ‘username’ link.

Enter the primary email address that is on your account and select the Submit button.

Once submitted, a confirmation message will appear.

NOTE: The instructions will come from a No-Reply email address. Please check your Spam or Junk mail folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox within 10 minutes.

Select the link and your username will appear in a new browser. Make sure to copy this information and select Login to access your account.
