Employees must have an account to log in to the Employee Portal and choose their plans for Enrollment. To create an account, the Employee will need an Employer Code. This code is generated and distributed via Enrollment Communications.
With Enrollment Communications, you can email links and resources directly to your client’s Employees. To receive these emails, Employees must have valid, unique email addresses in the system. See this article for more on how to add Employees.
Note: To send Employer Communications, the Employer must have at least one open Proposal, and the Medical Health Questionnaire must be turned on. See this article for more information.
