How to unlock enrollment for ACA in Quote+

Overview

In Quote+, you must unlock enrollment before you can configure Plan Selection and allow employees to choose their benefits in the Employee Portal. The instructions outlined in this article apply to ACA-only Employers.

Note: If the Employer is being medically underwritten, enrollment is unlocked in Step 3 of the Proposal when MHQ (Medical Health Questionnaire) is enabled.

Create an Enrollment and configure Plan Selection

Go to the Employers page.

Find the ACA Employer you want to unlock Enrollment for. Select the kebab menu, then choose Edit to access the Employer Hub.

Note: ACA Employers do not have a green checkmark beside their name on the Employers page.

In the Employer Hub, select Enrollment (you'll see a lock icon on it).

Fill in the required information.

This includes the Employer’s tax ID, SIC, NIACS, contact information, Effective Date, and Renewal Date.

Save.

Enrollment is now unlocked, and you can proceed to create an enrollment and configure Plan Selection for the Employer.
