Overview
In Quote+, you must unlock enrollment before you can configure Plan Selection and allow employees to choose their benefits in the Employee Portal. The instructions outlined in this article apply to ACA-only Employers.
Note: If the Employer is being medically underwritten, enrollment is unlocked in Step 3 of the Proposal when MHQ (Medical Health Questionnaire) is enabled.

Create an Enrollment and configure Plan Selection
- Go to the Employer Listing.
- Find the ACA Employer you want to unlock Enrollment for, then select the pencil icon to open the Employer Hub.
Note: There should be no ID card icon next to the Employer name.
- Select the ‘Enrollment’ tile (you'll see a lock icon on it).
- Enter the required information.
This includes the Employer’s tax ID, SIC, NIACS, contact information, Effective Date, and Renewal Date.
- Save.
Enrollment is now unlocked, and you can proceed to create an enrollment and configure Plan Selection for the Employer.
