An HR Manager is an Employee with additional permissions to facilitate the Employee Interview. The HR Manager can track the account creation status of all Employees, enter information for the Employee Interview, load census data, and terminate Employees.
To become an HR Manager, you must assign the Employee to the HR Manager role.
NOTE: An Employer may have multiple HR Managers. Each HR Manager will have the same permissions.
