The Employer Code is a unique identifier for each Employer. Employees and benefit administrators need the Employer Code to create an Employee account. The Employer Code is located in Client Details.
To locate the Employer Code:
- Go to the Employer Listing.
- Locate your client and select the ‘Edit’ button to access the Employer Hub.
- In the Employer Hub, select the ‘Employer’ option to open the Enrollment Hub.
- On the Employer Info page, you should see the Employer Code under the Basic Information section
