Updates to Employer Hub layout

We made the following updates to the layout of the Employer Hub:

• Added a new 'Enrollment' tile for accessing the Enrollment Hub.
• Moved the 'Configure Plan Selection' tile to the new Enrollment Hub.
• Moved the 'Manage Plans' tile to the new Enrollment Hub.
• Moved the 'Plan Selection Report' to the new Enrollment Hub.
• Moved the 'Group Plan Assign' tile to the new Enrollment Hub.
• Renamed the 'Employer Communications' tile to 'Pre-Screen Communications'.

New Enrollment Hub

We added a new Enrollment Hub to help streamline your enrollment processes in Quote+. 

New Enrollment Communications

We have added a new Enrollment Communications page and six new Enrollment letters to streamline your enrollment process. You can access these new letters from Employer > Employer Hub > Enrollment Hub. Refer to this article for more on Enrollment Communications.

Updates to closing Proposals

We have updated the Proposal process to allow you to submit feedback about missing products when closing a Proposal. This ensures that you always have access to the most current and comprehensive product repository, making it easier for you to offer the best options to your clients.

Broker Resources moved to Knowledge Base

We have moved Broker Resources out of Quote+ and into our Knowledge Base to make it easier for you to find and access the most up-to-date resources. You can still navigate to Broker Resources in Quote+ using the application's Help dropdown menu. Here is the new link to Broker Resources.
