Advantages
- Billing is discontinued for those Employees who are deleted. You have more control over your invoice thus you can directly impact your subscription costs.
- Removing Employers can help keep your data up to date. This helps you manage the Employers within your brokerage more accurately.
Disadvantages
- No visibility or control of the removed Employer data. Should you need to provide service to an Employer the data won't be there.
- Reestablishing access to the Employee or Employer could involve a transfer with a waiting period. Often servicing an Employer involves time-sensitive situations.
