Overview
After completing Enrollment, you are ready to close the Employer's Proposal. Closing a Proposal finalizes the details and allows you, as a Broker, to submit feedback about any Carrier products that may be missing. If a product is missing, we can contact the Carrier and have it added for your convenience.

How to close a completed Proposal
A Proposal has six steps. Each step will be completed as you progress through the Proposal. Once you reach the end and generate the Proposal, it will be marked as complete.
To close a completed Proposal:
- Go to the Proposals List.
- You can navigate to this page from the left-hand navigation or from the Employer’s Employer Hub.
- In the Sold Product Selection modal, check the checkbox next to the sold products.
- (Optional) If you sold any products that weren’t listed in Quote+, select the ‘Product not on Proposal?’ link, and enter their Coverage Lines, Carriers, Product Names, and Prices.
- We’ll verify with the Carriers and get them added to our product repository for your convenience.
- If you didn’t sell any products, check the ‘No Product Sold’ checkbox.
- (Optional) You may change the format for storing the saved Proposal.
- When ready, select the ‘Close Proposal’ button to close it.
If you want, you can download and view a closed Proposal at any time. This will show the Proposal that was generated before.
How to close an incomplete Proposal
You can close a Proposal at any time, whether it’s complete or not. If you close a Proposal before it’s complete, you will see a condensed version of the Sold Product Selection modal.
Because the Proposal is incomplete, the modal will not display any sold products. However, if you did sell products outside of Quote+ using a different quoting engine, you still have the option to enter those details before closing the Proposal.
We can take that information for you and verify it with the Carriers to get those products added to our product repository for your convenience.
If you didn’t sell any products, check the ‘No Product Sold’ checkbox and close the Proposal.
Note: Saved Proposals are unavailable for Proposals that were closed before completion because no data was saved to our database.
