Personalize your proposals by uploading your agency’s logo. This article walks you through how to upload your logo and apply it to your Proposal Templates in Quote+.

Uploading your agency logo
Follow these steps to upload and apply your logo:
- In Quote+, go to the Agency page.
- Select the Agency Details tab.
- Scroll down to the Proposal Logo section.
You’ll see a blank box with a cloud icon.
- Select the cloud icon.
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to browse your computer for an image file.
- Choose your logo file.
Locate the image you want to use and open it.
- Accepted file types: .jpg, .png, .bmp, or .svg
- Maximum image size: 5 MB
If the image doesn’t meet these requirements, it can’t be uploaded.- Select the ‘Update’ button to save and apply your logo.
If successful, your logo will now appear in the Proposal Logo section of the Agency Details tab.
Once uploaded, your agency logo will display on the cover page of your Proposal Templates when you download them from Step 6 of the Proposal process.
