3/24/2025 - Proposal & Employee Portal Enhancements
Added Agency logo to Proposals
With this update, you can display your Agency’s logo on the cover page of generated Proposal documents. To add your logo, go to the Agency page and add it under the Agency Details tab. Don’t forget to save after uploading.
Enabled Proposal printing as PDFs
With this update, you can now print Proposal documents as PDFs for easier sharing and documentation. Just check the ‘Print as PDF’ box in Step 6 of the Proposal process, then select a Proposal Template. For more details on downloading Proposals, see this article.
Consolidated benefit summary information in Proposals
In the Proposal file (spreadsheet and PDF), we consolidated the $ and % difference for each plan comparison into a single line, rather than displaying them separately.
This change applies to the Medical, Dental, and Vision "Breakdown" tabs.
We also removed the summary benefit information from the Medical, Dental, and Vision "Breakdown" tabs in the Proposal files. This information is still available on the Medical Plans, Dental Plans, and Vision Plans tabs/pages.
This change was based on client feedback that having the information on all tabs/pages was redundant and unnecessary.
Added new employer contribution details to Proposals
We added new calculations to the Medical Employer Contributions tab/page in Proposal files (spreadsheet and PDF) to display total amounts for:
- Anticipated enrollment count
- Total amount employees will pay per month
- Total amount employers will pay per month
- Total monthly premium
Updated Employee Portal to display the most recent signed document or form
When an employee signs a document or form, the most recently signed version will appear in their Employee Portal. It becomes visible in the employee’s account as soon as it’s created.
