ACA Enrollment Access
You can now unlock ACA enrollment for eligible employers in Quote+. This gives you access to enrollment setup tools like the Plan Selection workflow, product assignments, and census downloads.
Employee Class Enhancements
You can now define Employee Classes within an Employer record to group employees by characteristics like union status, pay frequency, or location. Using classes, you can tailor product offerings and employer contributions for different groups of employees.
- Classes are configured on the Employer record and apply across Proposals and Enrollments.
- You can assign products and pricing per class.
- The Plan Selection Report and enrollment census now reflect class assignments.
Updated Configure Plan Selection Page
The Configure Plan Selection page has been redesigned for clarity and ease of use.
Redesigned Manage Products Page
The Manage Plans page has been renamed to Manage Products and with a cleaner, more modern interface. You can now add products, configure pricing, and assign employer contributions all in one place in Quote+.
Updated Census and Reporting Tools
The Plan Selection Report now shows Employee Class info when classes are used.
